The pair of Fenders Pure Vintage 75 pickups deliver strong note attack, with upper midrange burp at the bridge and woody punch at the neck. The tone can get quite broad too by rolling off the bridge pickup Volume and Master Tone control, for a rich sound that doesn’t lack definition.
