The media could not be loaded.I was shocked when my cargo mat arrived in such a small box I thought maybe it would be rolled up loosely in plastic. I opened it to find creases from it being folded in four. There wasn’t any padding inside of it to keep it from getting creased it basically looked like a piece of paper that you folded in four and then unfolded. I rolled it every which way to remove the creases. In particular, the center has a crease/indention that, in my opinion, looks terrible. Nothing like the video or pictures on the listing where it lays so nicely flat and fits perfectly.I know I could have just returned it to Amazon easily but I thought I would reach out to the company. It was a bit of a frustrating experience because of the language barrier, it appears that they are in China based on the Chinese lettering on some of the email responses. They sent me emails asking me for information that I had already given them. The emails seemed to be some sort of canned responses, they would say “Dear“ and then not have my name after! They were difficult to understand because of the grammar etc. I sent them the above video at their request, even though I had already sent pictures and my invoice in my first email.They told me that they may give me a 50% refund or a full refund if the video proved to show that it was going to be a unfixable issue. I told them that I really didn’t want a discount or a refund I just wanted the mat the way it should be. They told me they were working on fixing the shipping issue and ultimately ended up refunding me and telling me to keep the mat.This really is a great mat, my only issue is the way it was shipped. I plan on ordering another one and if it comes in the same box, the sameway, I’m simply going to return it to Amazon. But this is such a good mat that I would love to give them another chance. They implied that there was supposed to be padding in it when it was folded to keep it from creasing, which also may work, but mine had no padding whatsoever it was just folded in four in a plastic bag and then boxed.
