JUNK!! This fence is complete junk, if I could give it zero stars I would! Firstly, it is NOT a complete kid, be prepared to make SEVERAL trips to the hardware store to pick up pieces that were not included. There are no post caps so there is no way to attach the top rail to the fence posts, and the fence posts are oddly sized so the ones you find on the shelves at a real hardware store don’t fit, you’ll need to order them special. It also doesn’t come with fence ties which you’ll need because the fence is so flimsy it is no better than that plastic snow fence. But I’m getting ahead of myself. The fence posts are in two pieces with a center bracket to make them ‘tall’ the bracket does not hold the posts together well and your fence posts will NEVER be straight no matter what you do. They don’t screw together. The fence itself is super flimsy and full of holes and already coming unraveled in several places. It wouldn’t hold a really well behaved dog in let alone the type of dog that requires a fence to not leave his/her yard. And there are sharp points where it is coming unraveled so be sure to update your tetanus booster before handling this monstrosity of a fence. Do not waste your time or your money on this junk. Not only that but the customer service of the company is abysmal. I’ve been trying for 4 days to get ahold of someone about it and have reached one individual and they were no help whatsoever. Wasted time and money, should have just gone to Menards. Learn from my mistake, don’t buy this junk and don’t purchase from this company they’re fly-by-night and have horrible customer service.
