8-1/4″ – 11 Gauge Aluminum Chain Link Fence Wire Ties (also called Hook Ties or Tie Wires). These are used to connect the chain link fence “mesh” wire to the top rail and to the posts. The wire ties can be installed on fence posts or rails up to 2-1/2″ in diameter which covers most residential and commercial fences. Use 1 wire tie for every 1 foot on the fence post, and 1 for every 18″ along the the chain link fence top rail. This can also be used as ground stakes. LENGTH AND SIZE: 8-1/4″ Heavy Duty chain link fence aluminum wire ties or dog fence slats can fit a wide range of fence applications, and fits best on posts or rails of up to 2-1/2″. Use 1 wire tie / tie wire for every 1ft of posts, or 18″ on the top rails. IDEAL STRENGTH: 11 Gauge is the most suitable for both residential, farm, and commercial applications. Shape them easily without any tools and they will remain tightened and mounted until you decide to reuse. No more wire ties breaking away from your fence during stormy or windy conditions, securing your chain link fence PURPOSE BUILT: Our fence wire ties, unlike metal zip ties, are purpose built and tested to hold chain link fence mesh together on posts of up to 2-1/2″. Our fence hook ties have also been tested as garden stakes to support plants, dog kennels, and high quality strapping of materials. Aluminum wire ties will last longer than the self-locking metal zip ties.
