The bow is brass mounted with an attractive imitation tortoise-shell frog. The stick is made of nicely grained pernambuco wood and is round. The camber is good and the stick shows no propensity towards warping. This Tortoise Shell Violin Bow is newly imported and has no production faults. The bow has an excellent feel on strings and will give a player excellent control of the sound as well as good control over a range of strokes and playing styles.
