Inspired by the aerodynamically enhanced styling from the IROC Race Series, our IROC engineers designed a cohesive package to improve the looks and performance of the Gen 4 Firebird Trans Am.  The front piece splits the air, increasing the speed of the air moving underneath the car, creating more down force on top of the car, while directing more air to the vehicle’s coolers.  The side pieces reduce turbulence and drag by redirecting the air flow around the tires reducing rolling resistance as well.  The rear pieces finish the job by making sure the final air flow is directed off the rear of the car to aid in decreasing the “parachute” effect of the rear bumper.  These pieces were designed to work together and are sold separately and, here, as a complete kit.
