The pine on the top ensures a clear and bright robust voicing, giving the Cuatro Ideal Music a great room projection. Mahogany on the back and sides, is a tropical hard wood with a color from golden to dark reddish brown, it is a dense wood that gives a sweet, warm sound and with very good “sustain”, it is frequently used in classical guitars. The rosettes and appliqués on the edges of all our Ideal Music Cuatros are inlaid woods of pear painted black, pine and mahogany that, in addition to reinforcing the edges, give them a very elegant finish. The rosewood fingerboard and bridge is a high-density wood that produces an excellent response for the transmission of vibrations from the strings to the body of the Cuatro. The neck and head are in Mahogany finished with a Mahogany appliqué with the Ideal Music brand logo engraved in low relief. Las rosetas y los apliques de los bordes de todos nuestros Cuatros Ideal Music, son maderas incrustadas de pera pintada de negro, pino y caoba que además de reforzar los bordes le dan un acabado muy elegante; el diapasón y el puente de palo de rosa es una madera de alta densidad que produce una excelente respuesta para la transmisión de vibraciones de las cuerdas hasta el cuerpo del Cuatro.
